  We have used this real estate for holiday rentals many times and always been happy. Even when we were unhappy with the last place we stayed they were respectful and tried their best to find somewhere else for us. However, I feel the holiday rental staff should inspect each rental at least once a year and refuse to advertise places that are not up to scratch. An owner's refusal to update a property and keep it clean just gives the real estate a bad name.

  We have been staying in the appartments in Bent st, Tuncurry for 4-6 years. We book out the last 4 appartments as their are 4 families. Great spot, and now they have air conditioning. ONLY problem which I have made them aware of, is the beds in unit 6 are over due as you sink in the middle. I had kids sleeping on the lounge etc and the main bed we take up a roll out mattress. If this area can be sorted, it would rank our best holiday destination.

  Extremely bad management and customer service. I stayed at a holiday rental that was in a nice location, but was spoiled by smelling like a run-down trailer and had enough mould on the window blinds to make a blue cheese jealous. After numerous requests for a tax invoice in person, by email, and on the phone - and two weeks later, I still have no invoice, but did get a LOT of rude attitude on the phone when I asked that they expedite - as I needed the invoice for work. I sincerely hope the property owner might change real estates. I travel quite a lot for work, but have never seen a property and it's potential customers handled in such an unprofessional manner.
