Great park for all ages. Room for footy and swings for the youngsters. Safe, grassy and plenty of shade for grandma to relax in.

I do however have two small complaints. The first is its close proximity to the water, which in itself is nothing to worry about as long as caregivers are vigilant with little ones, but because it's so close, the sunlight radiates from the water making it feel quite a lot warmer than it actually may be - And, sadly the Council has not seen fit to erect Shade Sails over the Playing area. With Australia's high incidence of Skin Cancer worsening, I would have thought that a Playground as beautiful as this, would have had Shade Sails as a priority for the young and old alike. As it is currently though, and until Shade Sails are erected, my advice to everyone is lots of sunscreens AND good sun hats. I speak from experience, having myself undergone radiation therapy for a skin cancer, likely to have been caused by being in the sun as a child.

The only other complaint I have is there's no Public Toilets for littlies in the immediate vicinity.

Apart from those two issues it is truly a beautifully, well-maintained Playground.

There is one beautiful, large tree in the park set back from the Playing area & I can imagine everyone vying for a spot under it on hot days.
